She started her college career at Cedar Crest College where she majored in dance, learning the fundamentals of teaching and choreographing. While she was there she performed in over 40 pieces in the 2 years she was at the school as well as choreographed a piece on a 8 ft by 8 ft stage her sophomore year. Maddie was also on the executive board for the Terpsichore Dance Society club at the college. Miss Mary
Yoga
II started doing yoga 35 years ago when I was student teaching at an elementary school. You know what that environment is like, I was frazzled! I connected to the practice right away. It became a way to slow down, stretch and breathe that helped me to understand the relationship between body, mind and breath. I’ve been managing my stress level with yoga ever since. When I don’t practice, I feel different. Yoga has improved the quality of my life, plain and simple.
I always thought about teaching yoga, but relationships, career and life itself seemed to get in the way, until a few years ago. After the loss of both my parents, the end of a 31 year relationship and the passing of my favorite dog on earth, I decided to make some major changes. Instead of letting life “get in the way”, I decided to create the life I want to live.
I did my 200 hour yoga teacher training at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. It was amazing. The style is Hatha based, which is essentially a breathing and movement practice using static postures and some flow. Like most teachers, I incorporate other styles into my classes. I am attentive to student needs, so modifications are encouraged and practiced.

Miss Kristyn
Adult Dance Fitness/Toning
Hi everyone my name is Kristyn!
I wanted to become a dance fitness instructor the moment I was introduced to Zumba in 2014.
I hold a BS in Adult Education from Bellevue University with a minor in Musical Theater and work full-time at PJM Interconnection as a Lead Compliance Analyst.
I was a certified Zumba instructor for 7 years and I have choreographed and performed in multiple adult tap dance productions. After taking a couple of years off, my love of teaching dance and fitness has brought me back!
My classes are fun, effective, and easily customizable for ANY fitness, age, or experience

Miss Antonia
Zumba
I love to dance and love sharing that passion with people. Zumba is the only exercise program I have ever stuck with and encourage people to try at least once. The music I use is a mix of pop & traditional, & you are welcome to make song requests. I run a non-judgmental class - remember, there are no wrong moves!
