Yoga
MK Dance Workshop offers rejuvenating yoga classes twice a week, designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. Classes are held on Thursdays from 6 to 7 pm and Sundays from 11 am to 12 pm. The schedule is listed below and is subject to change, so be sure to stay updated for any adjustments.
